Procurement of goods, services and civil works contracts to be financed
from the proceeds of the Loan shall be subject to the provisions of the "Guide–
lines for Procurement under Financial Assistance from the International Fund
for Agricultural Development" (hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines )
as amended from time to time by the Fund and the eligibility criteria set
forth in this Agreement.

as the Fund shall reasonably request. The Fund shall arrange for the publication

of the opportunity to bid for the goods and services for which bids are being

The Borrower shal1 provide the necessary information to update such
notice annually so long as any goods and services remain to be procured on
the basis of international competitive bidding.

Preference Requirements

establish the eligibility of a bid for such preference, and the methods and
stages that shal1 be followed in the evaluation and comparison of bids.
