Article 5
The amounts

particular. vine products,
and other commodities.
The Soviet organizations shall purchase an–
nually, within the next 5-6 years, starting from
1986, the commodities mentioned above, as the
above payments are received. These commodi-
ties will be over and above the average level

purchases
οί
similar commodities realized
in
the
trade between the Republic of Cyprus and the
USSR during the period 1981-1983, to the
amount

Roubles per year.
The range

products and scope
οί
purchases
οί
the commodities mentioned above for the sub–
sequent years shall be additionally determined
by the competent bodies of both countries.
Article 6
The respective Cypriot Authorities and / or enter–
prises and the Soviet organizations shall sign con–
tracts

which they shall agree

dates, prices, terms and conditions of payments,
including the effecting

advance payments, bank
guarantees as well as other detailed terms and
conditions

technical assistance and purchase
of Cypriot commodities provided for herein.
Article 7
This Protocol shall become effective

Με σκοπό την ε κτέλεση των έργων που 1Τρο

οι Κυ1Τριακές Αρχές:

θα Εκτελέσουν τις αναγκαίες το'Πογραψικ'ές
ιε1Τισκο1Τήσεις
(survey works)"

θα Εκτελέσουν 6λιες τις εργασίες κατα
σκευής και εγκατάστασης
(construction
and erection works)"
-
με δι'κά τους έξοδα θα 'Προσφέρουν στους
Σ ol~ιεΤΙKoύς εμ'Πειρογνώlμονες και στα μέλη
των οι'κογενειών τους, 1Του θα σταλούν στην
Κ&προ, σύμφωνα με το Πρωτόκολλο αυτό,
διαμονή, τις απαραίτητες δημόσιες υ'Πηρε
σίες και ανέσεις, 1TεριλαμβαvO'μ'ένων ψυ
γείων, ιατρικών U"JΠlρεσιών, 'Περιλαμ~ανo
