Contracting Parties shall encourage co-operation

ARTICLE 5
Each Contracting Party shall,

exhibitions as well as samples

vertising purposes, imported from the country of
the other. Such articles and samples shall

ment of the appropriate import duties and taxes
if any.
ARTICLE 6
The transactions started during the validity

fulfilment and shall be governed by the provisions

the Present Agreement.
ARTICLE 7

Commission will prepare long-term programmes
for the development

economic, commercial and industrial co-operation

nizations and institutions

trading
relations between the two countries.
ARTICLE 8
The Present Agreement shall come into force

the date of receiving tlle last notification

firming the fulfilment of the forma1ities required
by the national legislation

countries regarding the approval

this Agree–
ment, and shall remain

fOl'ce for a period of
ten years.
Thereafter, the Agreement will be automatically
extended from year to yeal' unless either

two Parties denounces

by giving a six months
notice

nation.

'Εχουν συμφωνήσει τα ακόλουθα:
ΑΡθΡΟ
1
Τα Σ υμC5αλλόμενα Μέρη θα αναΊττύξΟ'υν, ενι
σχύσουν και ενθαρρύνουν την οικονομική και
C5ιομηχανική συνεΡΥασία μεταξύ των χωρών τους
με σκο'Πό την Ίτροωθηση και διαψορΟ'ποίηση των
υφιστάμενων εμ'Πορικών και οικονομικών
σχέσεων.
ΑΡθΡΟ

Τα ΣυμGαλλόμενα Μέρη θα ενθαρρύνουν και
διευκολύνουν μΕ τον κατάλληλο τρό'Πο σύμφωνα
με τους υφιστάμενους Νόμους και Κανονισμούς
της κάθε χώρας και κατά τους συνηθισμένους
εμ'Πορικούς και τεχνικούς όρους, την οικονο
μική και ~ιoμηxανΙKή συνεΡΥασία μεταξύ των
αρμόδιων εΊτιχειρήσεων και ΟΡΥανισμών των
αντίστοιχών τους χωρών, όπως είναι:
(α) ο σχεδιασμός και η κατασκευή νέων
~ιoμηχανΙKώνεYKαταστάσεων 'και εξο
πλι,σμού καθώς εΊτίσης η :επέ'κταση και
εκσυΥχρονισμός των υφισταμ!ένων'
(β) η αΊτό κοινού ΊταΡαΥωΥή και ε'μ'Πορευ
μαΤΟΊτοίηση αγαθών σε αγορές τρίτων
χωρών, 'Περιlλαμ~ανσμένης τηςεξειδί
κευσης στην παραΥωγή και στο μάρ
κετιγκ'
(Υ) η ίιδρuση κοινο'Πραξιών'
(δ) η ανταλ!λαγή εξειδικευμΕνων Υνώ-σεων,
τεχνικών 'Πληροφοριών, διπλωμάτων
ευρεσιτεχνίας και αδειών, η ε'φαρμΟΥή
και Gελτίωση των υφιστάμενων τεχνι
κών μεθόδων καθώς εΊτ(σης και η πρα
κτική εκ'Παί'δευση και ανταλλα-γή 'ειδι
κευμένων ' και μαθητευομένων·
