Reservations
Reservations rnay ηοι be made with respect to any of the provisions
of this Agreement.
Artic1e 64
Extension ιο designated territories

(1) Any Government may, at the tirne of signature οτ deposit of Βη
instrument of ratification, acceptance, approva1 οτ accession, or at any
rime thereafter, by notification to the Secretary-Genera1 of the United
Nations, declare that this Agreement sha11 extend to any of the territories
for whose internationa1 relations ίι is responsib1e; this Agreement sha11
extend to the territories named therein from the date of such notification.
(2) Any Contracting Party which desires to exercise its rights under the
provisions οί Artic1e 5 ίη respect of any of the territories for whose
internat~ona1 re1ations ίι is responsib1e οτ which desires ιο authorise
any such territory to become part of a Mernber group formed under the
provisions οί Artic1e 6 or 7, may do so by making a notification ιο that
effect ιο the Secretary-Genera1 of the United Nations, either at the tirne
of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptan~e, ΒρρτονΒ1 or
accession, οτ ΒΙ any 1ater time.
(3) Any Contracting Party which has made a dec1aration under the provisions
of paragraph (1) of this Artic1e may at any time thereafter, by notification
