(4) If an exporting country accedes to the Agreement and is subject to
the provisions of this Article. the Council shall allocate a quota to the
Member and the percentage referred to

(5) Of the Members 1isted

Annex 2 only those with annua1 quotas above
100,000 bags sha11 be subject to the provisions of Artic1es 36 and 37.
(6) Burundi and Rwanda sha11 each have the fo11owing annua1 export
quotas:
(a) for coffee year 1983/84: 450,000 bags;
(b) for subsequent coffee years during the 1ifetime of the
present Agreement: 470,000 bags.
(7) Whenever the Counci1 sets basic quotas

provisions of paragraph (2) of Artic1e 30, the percentage referred to

paragraph (1) and the amount shown

sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (6)
of this Artic1e sha11 be reviewed and may be modified.
(8) Subject to the provisions of Artic1es 6 and 41, shortfa11s dec1ared
