Seat and structure of the
Internatidnal Cdffee organization
(1) The Internationa1 Coffee Organization established under the
1962 Agreement sha11 continue
ίη
being to
ad~nister
the
proνisions
and
supervise the operation of this Agreement.
(2) The seat of the Organization sha11 be
ίη
London un1ess the Counci1 by
a distributed two-thirds majority vote decides otherwise.
(3) The Organization sha11 function through the Internationa1 Coffee
Council, the Executive Board, the Executive Director and the staff.

Composition of the Internationa1 Coffee Counci1
(1) The highest authority of the Organization sha11 be the Internationa1
Coffee Counci1, which sha11 consist of a11 the Members of the Organization.
(2) Each Member sha11 appoint one representative

it sodesires, one or more a1ternates.
