Subsequent group membership

more exporting Members may, at any time after this Agreement
has entered into force, apply to the Council to form a Member group. The
Council shall approve the application if it finds that the Members have
made a declaration and have provided satisfactory evidence

accordance
with the requirements of paragraph (1) of Artic1e 6. Upon such approva1,
the Member group shall be subject to the provisions of paragraphs (2), (3),
(4) and (5) of that Article.
