Κρατών» σημαίνει δτι ή διαδικασία έπιλύσεως διαΦορών άμοιβαία συμΦωνία δεν τίθεται
διαζευκτικώς προς την διαδικασίαν την προβλεπομένην είς Τ11ν οίκείαν Φορολογικην
νομοθεσΙαν έκάστου Συμβαλλομένου Κράτους. ητις έν πάσ1) περιπτώσει θα κινηται προλη
πτικώς δταν ή άξίωσις άΦορά είς έπιβαλλομένην φορολογίαν μη συνάδουσαν προς την
Σύμβασιν.
Λαμβάνω ώσαύτως την τιμην να προτείνω δπως ή παροϋσα Διακοίνωσις καΙ <Υ μετέρα άπάν
τησις. έπιβεβαιοϋσα την άποδοχην τών άνωτέρω προτάσεων ύπο της Κυβερνήσεως της Κύπρου.
θεωρώνται ώς άποτελοϋσαι συμΦωνίαν μεταξU τών δύο Κυβερνήσεων δσον άΦορά είς τα άνωτέρω
άναΦερ6μενα θέματα.
Δράττομαι τής εύκαιρίας. κύριε Γενικέ Διευθυντά. να διαβιβάσω προς Ύμάς την βαθείαν
έκτίμησίν μου.»
Λαμβάνω την τιμην να πληροφορήσω ·Υμάς δτι ή Κυβέρνησις της Κύπρου συμφωνεί προς τας
άνωτέρω προτάσεις.
Δράπομαι τής εύκαιρΙας να διαβιβάσω προς την Ύμετέραν Έξοχότητα την βαθείαν έκτίμησίν μου.

PASSENGER TRANSPORT
Permits

1.1 . Applications for permits for the transporta–
