annum, plus cost-of-living allowance at the rate
approved by Government from time to time.
2. The primary duties of the post are : Com–
pounding and dispensing of medical prescriptions ;
collection from patients of fees for hospital charges,
sales of drugs, etc. ; clerical work including keeping
of drug ledgers, prescription books, inventory sheets,
dangerous drugs registers and cash books ; dealing
with office correspondence.
3. Candidates must be registered as Pharmacists
under the Pharmacy and Poisons Law, Cap. 132.
4. Applications should be submitted on Form
Gen. 6 and should reach the Acting Director of
Medical Services not later than the 31st January,
i960. Applicants who are already in the Govern–
ment service should submit their applications
through the Head of their Department.
5. The person selected will be liable to serve in
any
place in the Colony.
