ORDER OF CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
U N D E R SECTION 47.
Whereas by an order made by me on the 9th
December, 1954, and published under Notification
No. 18 in the Gazette of the 6th January, 1955,
it was directed that the Pera (Nicosia District)
Co-operative Agricultural Machinery Society
Ltd., should be wound up ;
And whereas a liquidator has been appointed
for the purpose under Notification No. 197
published in the Gazette of the 24th February,
1955;
And whereas the affairs of the said Society
have been wound up:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers in
me as Registrar vested by section 47 of the Co–
operative Societies Law (Cap 198) and Laws 22 of'
1955 and 28 of 1959, I hereby order that the
registration of the Pera (Nicosia District) Co-ope–
rative Agricultural Machinery Society Ltd., shall
be cancelled and that the said society shall be
dissolved as from the date hereof.
Given under m y hand at Nicosia, this 12th day
of December, 1959.
