In re Section 47 of the Administration of Estates
Law, 1954 (Law No. 43 of 1954).
Notice is hereby given of the intention of the
Executor of the Will of the above-mentioned de–
ceased to transfer and/or distribue and/or utilise
all the property which the deceased died possessing
in accordance with the Law and the provisions of the
Will of the above-mentioned deceased, among the
persons entitled thereto.
All persons having any interest in the said Estate
are required to send to me up to and including the
27th day of August, 1960, particulars of any claim
which they may have against the property of the
deceased.
If no such particulars reach me by the said date
(27th of August, 1960), all the property which the
deceased died possessing shall be transferred and/
or distributed and/or utilised as mentioned herein–
before.
In case particulars reach me by the 27th August,
1960, only claims contained in such particulars shall
be taken into consideration in disposing of the Estate
as mentioned hereinbefore.

M I N U T E O F R E D U C T I O N O F CAPITAL.
The Capital of the Cyprus Match Factory Ltd.
was by virtue of a Special Resolution and with the
sanction of an Order of the Court dated the 22nd
day of April, 1960, reduced from the former capital
of £30,000 divided into 300 ordinary shares of £100
each to £24,940 divided into 47 shares of £100 each
and 253 shares of £80 each. At the date of the
registration of this minute 253 shares of £80 each
have been issued and are deemed to be fully paid
up. The remaining shares are unissued.
It has been registered with the Registrar of Com–
panies on the 7th May, 1960.
