Notice under
Section 47 of
the
Administration
of Estates Law, 1954.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47 of
the Administration of Estates Law, 1954, that any
person interested in the estate of Kevork Kouyoum–
djian, deceased, late of Nicosia, is hereby required
to send to me particulars in writing of his claim or
interest before the expiration of two months from
the publication of this notice after which date the
estate of the said deceased will be distributed
among the persons entitled thereto having regard
•only to the claims and interests of which I shall
then have notice.

Tenders.
Tenders are invited for the repair of 100 pairs
of fireboots in various sizes, and prospective tender–
ers should apply to the Accountant-General not
later than 10 a.m. on the 2nd July, 1960, quoting
prices as follows : —
Soling, hand stitched, per pair ;
Soling, machine stitched, per pair ;
Heeling per pair ;
Soling with heeling per pair.
Conditions •"
(i) no metal rivet or nail may be used in
affixing the sole or heel to the boot;
(ii) best quality leather to be used and sample
must be forwarded with the tender.

Tenders.
Tenders for the supply of Groceries and Vege–
tables to the Larnaca Hospital and Saint Haralambos
Home for the Disabled, Larnaca, for a period of
six months from 1st July, 1960 to 31st December,
1960, should reach the President, Tender Board,
the Treasury, not later than 10 a.m. on the 2nd
July, 1960. Details will be supplied to tenderers
on application to the Acting Chief Medical Officer,
Nicosia, or the District Medical Officer, Larnaca.

Tenders are hereby invited for the supply of 120
pairs of black leather shoes to the Department of
Civil Aviation in July, 1960. The shoes should
vary in size from No. 6 to No. 10 and they should
be of good quality to the satisfaction of the Chief
Civil Aviation Officer.
2. Tenders should reach the President of the
Tender Board, Treasury Headquarters, Nicosia, not
later than 10 a.m. on the 2nd July, 1960.

The attention of the public is invited to the
Notification made on the 12th December, 1958,
by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to the
Quarantine Law, Cap. 145, and published in
Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of the 18th
December, 1958, whereby it was declared that

would be subject to the measures prescribed by
