standing in Kardaldagh forest compartments 21,

The Department of Agriculture disposes for sale
about 26 tons of baled hay. Anyone interesed may,.
therefore, submit a tender to the President of the
Tender Board, Treasury, Nicosia, by 10 a.m. on
Saturday the 14th May, 1960.

3. Any tender approved becomes binding and
irrevocable.
4. The approved tenderer will be required to
remove the hay and pay therefor immediately.
5. The hay is stacked on the lands of Mr. Apo-
stolos Kontos at Kazaphani and may be inspected!

The attention of the public is invited to the
Notification made on the 12th December, 1958,
by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to the
Quarantine Law, Cap. 145, and published in
Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of the 18th
December, 1958, whereby it was declared that

would be subject to the measures prescribed by
the Quarantine (Maritime and Aerial) Regulations
