The Streets and Buildings Regulation Law.

NOTICE U N D E R SUB-SECTION (9) or SECTION 17.
Whereas the Municipal Council of Famagusta, us the appropriate authority (hereinafter referred to as " the appropriate
authority ") under section 3 of the Streets and Buildings Regulation Law (hereinafter referred to as " the Law " ) , by a
notice
under sub-section (3) of section 17 of the Law published in the Gazette of 7th August, 1958, notified that :—
(a) a unanimous resolution had been taken to the effect that, inter alia, the streets set out in the Schedule hereto
should be properly constructed ;
(b) plans and specifications had been prepared and deposited in its office ;
(c) such plans and specifications were open to inspection by the public ar all reasonable times for a period of two
months from the publication of the said notice in the Gazette ;
And whereas, no objections having been made, the Governor-in-Council has granted his approval to the plans and
specifications concerning the said streets, and a notice thereof under sub-section (7) of section 17 of the Law has been
published under Public Instrument No. 359 of 1959 ;
And whereas the work of construction has been completed :
Now, therefore, by this notice under sub-section (9) of section 17 of the Law the appropriate authority notifies in the
Schedule hereto the exact statement of the cost together with a final apportionment of the cost between the appropriate
authority and the owners affected.
