I, Theophanis George Ionides, Acting Chief
Revenue Officer, hereby require you and com–
mand you to proceed with the collection of the
following taxes or duties which remained unpaid
on the ist day of May, i960, from all persons
liable thereto and in default of payment to levy
execution upon any person in default by seizure
and sale of the movable property of such person
and to take such other steps as may be necessary
for the recovery of any amount due by such
person in default under the provisions of the
Tax Collection Law, Cap. 303.

NOTICE U N D E R SECTION 47 OF L A W 43 OF 1954.
Notice is hereby given that all persons having
any claims against the Estate of the above de–
ceased who died at Famagusta on the 27th day
of March, i960, and the Administration of whose
Estate was granted by the Court to his widow
Mrs. M. L. F. Cox of Famagusta the Executrix
named in the Will of the said deceased are hereby
requested to send to the undersigned within two
months from this date particulars and details in
writing by registered post of any claims which
they may have in respect of the said Estate.
Upon expiration of the said period the Executrix
will proceed to distribute all the property of the
said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto
taking into consideration only those claims of
which the undersigned shall have had notice by
that time.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 12.
Notice is hereby given that the Munciipal Com–
mission in exercise of the powers vested in them by
section 12 of the Streets and Buildings Regulation
Law (Cap. 165 and Laws 10 of 1950, 44 of 1954,
18 of 1955, 12 of 1957 and 14 of 1959) with the
object of widening and straightening the streets
described below, have prepared plans showing the
width of the said streets and the direction that each
one will follow.
The said plans are deposited in the offices of the
Municipal Corporation of Nicosia and are open to
inspection by the public during working hours of
the Municipal offices for a period of three months
from the date of this publication in the Gazette.
Any person who objects to the said plans may at
any time within the aforesaid three months period,
appeal to His Excellency the Governor.
