WTiereas by an order made by me on the 15th
December, 1943, and published under Notification
No. 759 in the Gazette of the 23rd December,

directed that the Famagusta Citrus
Growers' Co-operative Society Limited, should
be wound up ;
And whereas the affairs of the said society have
been wound up:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested
in me as Greek Registrar of Co-operative Soci–
eties by section
47
of the Co-operative Societies
Law (Cap. 198) and Laws 22 of 1955 and 28 of
1959, I hereby order that the registration of the
Famagusta Citrus Growers' Co-operative Society
Limited, shall be cancelled and that the said
society shall be dissolved as from the date hereof.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Con–
solidated Securities (1954) Limited duly convened
and held at the Asseily Building, Rue de Tripoli,
Beirut, on Thursday the ioth day of March, i960,
the undernoted Special Resolution was duly
passed: —
"That the Company be wound up volun–
tarily and that Mr. Arthur Rawdon Spinney,
of the Chalet, Kyrenia, be and is hereby
appointed the Liquidator of the Company for
the purposes of such winding up."
