For the inspection of the berthing or sleeping accommodation of the crew
:
For each -visit to the ship
Provided as follows :—
(a.) The aggregate amount of the fees for any auch inspection shall
not exceed £1 whatever be the number of separate visits.
(6.) W h e n the accommodation is inspected at the same time with the
measurement of the tonnage no separate fee shall be charged for
the inspection.
For the inspection of light and fog signals :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of the owner ami
for each visit made where the lights or fittings are found defective
Provided that the aggregate amount of fees for any such inspection shall
not exceed £1 whatever be the number of separate visits.
For the inspection of the marking of a ship :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of the owner a:id

ANCHORAGE AND MOORING IN FAMAGUSTA HARBOUR.
{to he charned when a vessel i'.-> not paying Berthage dues).
For every ton of the vessel's registered tonnage, per week or part of a week 5 paras
with a m a x i m u m charge of iicp. per week or part of a week in the case
of vessels of 50 tons and under, and of 1/- per week or part of a week
in the case of vessels exceeding 50 tons but not exceeding 100 tons.
Vessels registered as Cyprus ships, half rates.
Vessels other than Cyprus ships, laying up for the winter, half rates.
For the purposes of these regulations the winter is reckoned as from the 15th Nov.
in any year to the 15th March in the following year.
EXEyLTTlOXS.
(a) All ships registered as Cyprus ships laying up for the winter in the Inner Harbour
provided that they m o o r at such places as the Harbour Master directs.
(6) Lighters and boats licensed under the Boats Regulations Law, 1884; fishing
boats and pleasure boats.

[d) Yachts belonging to recognised clubs and wholly in ballast.
