A N D
COSTS U N D E R T H E COMPANIES (LIMITED
LIABILITY) LAWS. 1922 A N D 1931.
For each notice by the official receiver to a creditor, contributory
or shareholder
O n the insertion of a notice in the Cyprus Gazette
O n the insertion of a notice in a local paper, in addition to
the amount actuaUy paid
O n the insertion of a notice in a foreign paper, in addition
to the amount actually paid..
O n the net assets realized or brought to credit—
O n thefirst£1,000 or fraction thereof, per cent.
O n the next £1.500 or fraction thereof, per cent.
O n the next £2,500 or fraction thereof, per cent.
O n aU further sums, per cent.
O n the net assets reaUzed or brought to credit by the official
receiver, after deducting the a m o u n t spent out of the
mone}* received in carrying on the business of the compan}-.
in addition to the percentage chargeable under the preceding
item — O n every £100 or fraction thereof, per cent.
