F E E S O F COUB.T—continued.
In proceedings under the Charities Law, 1925. The fees payable
in dn action where the amount claimed exceeds £50 but does not
exceed £100.
In any proceeding not provided for in the above scale, in respecc
whereof a fee was chargeable prior to the 17th April, 1886, the same fee
shall continue to be taken as before that date. Any such fee where
expressed in the currency of the Ottoman Empire to be reckoned at the
rate of l£ Cyprus piastres for a piastre and 30 Cyprus piastres for a
medjid, and where expressed in British currency to be reckoned at the
rate of 1*V Cyprus piastres for every two pence.
B. —IN ADMIRALITY ACTIONS BEFORE THE SUPREME COUKT.
On sealing a writ of summons in any action:
Where the amount c/aimed is £20 or under
Where the amount claimed exceeds £20 :
There no liquidated sum is claimed or where the recovery
of money is not the object of the action
On sealing a summons to auy person to attend as a witness or
ortherwise. ...
On entering a judgment or order for which no special fee is
provided
On notice of appeal from afinaljudgment to the Privy Council
On oruer giving leave to appeal to the Privy Council from any
order not being a final judgment
On review by the Court of any order of a Judge :
Where the amount claimed does not exceed £20
Where the amount claimed exceeds £20 or where recovery of
money is not the object of the action ...
On application to tax any bill of costs :
For every £2 or part thereof claimed
On review of any bill of costs
On sealing any writ of execution :
To recover anv sum not exceedino* £20 ...
To recover any sum exceeding £20 but not exceeding £50 ...
To recover any sum exceeding £50
On sealing any warrant of arrest of property
On entering any caveat
On furnishing an office copy of any part of thefileof proceedings :
Where the copy does not exceed 200 words in any language
other thau Turkish or 180 in Turkish ...
For every other 100 words or part thereof in any language
other than Turkish
