I.—IN PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE DISTRICT COURTS UNDER THE TITHE AND TAX
COLLECTION LAW (NO. U) 1382:
• N o fee is pavable-iu respect of such proceedings ; but, in the case of copies of any orders,
warrants or other" proceedinss being required by any other than the Commissioner or Principal
Officer of Customs of the District in which the proceedings are taken, or any person authorized
by either of them to apply on his behalf, then the copies shall be furnished on the same terms
and on payment of the same fees as are payable in respect of the furnishing of copies of thefileof
proceedings in a civil action, such fee to be applied and disposed of in the same manner a3 fees
l>aid for copies of such file of proceedings.
