Where the jurisdiction of any village Judge has been or shall hereafter be enlarged by the
High Commissioner under the power contained in Clause 28 (I) of the Cyprus Courts of Justice
Orders, 1882 to l'.)08, in lieu of the fees charged on issue of a Writ of Summons in Schedule I of
the Village Judge Rules, 1909, the following fees shall be charged :—
(aj. Where there is a claim for mouey in respect of any debt, damage or demand
whether snch claim arises under a contract or out of trespass or damage done to
movable or immovable propercy or from any other cause where the amoant claimed
