erms and Condi tions of Qn-lending by CCB and DCD:
The Borrower shall ensure that each sub-loan
eχtended
by the CCB
and DCD from the proceeds of the funds of the CCB and DCD Subsidiary
Loan Agreements respectively pursuant to the present Agreement shall include
the following terms and condi tions:
(Α)
CCB Subsidiary Loans for F lo'ck Development
1.
Loans shall be made by CCB to farmers for flock development
ei ther:
(a)
for shed construction,

(b)
for the purchase and/or retention of animals.
2.
In the case of loans under sub-paragraph
1
(a) hereof, financiaI
assistance shall be available only to farmers owning a flock
of less than 130 heads.

assistance shal1 be available only, inter alia, to those farmers
whose primary source of income is and will be from sheep
and goat raising and who own flocks of no less than 20 and
