(11) Subparagraph (1) of th1s paragraph shall not apply 1f
the Borrower establ1shes to the sat1sfact1on of the Bank that:
(Α)
such suspens1on. cancel1at1on, terminat10n or prematur1ng 1s
not caused by the fa11ure of the Borrower to perform any of 1ts
obl1gat1ons under such agreement; and
(Β)
adequate funds for the
Project are ava11able to the Borrower from other sources

terms
and cond1t1ons cons1stent w1th the obl1gations of the Borrower
under th1s Agreement.
Sect10n 6.02. For the purposes of Section 7.01 of the
General Condi t10ns, the following add1 tional events are speci–
f1ed pursuant to paragraph (h) thereof:
(a) the event specified
