Section 6.01. For the purposes of Section 6.02 of

pursuant to paragraph (k) thereof:
(a) The Borrower shal1 have fai.led to conclude Cofinan–
c1ers' Agreements for another amount equivalent to not less than
$40,000,000 for Part

of the Project and such Agreements and the
Κuwait
Fund Loan Agreement shall have fa11ed

by December 31, 1984, or such other date as the Bank may agree.
(b) The Borrower shall have fa11ed; by December 31, 1985,
or such other date as the Bank

agree, to conclude the
Cofinanciers' Agreements required to secure the rema1nder of the
Cofinanc1ng Amount referred to

(c) (1) Subject

been suspended, cancelled or terminated
