ARTICLE
1 -
DEFINITIONS
For the purpose

this Agreemem, unless the

(a) The term "the Convention" means the
Convention

(c) The term "designated airIine" means an
airline which has

(d) The term "territory"

Each Cootracting Party grants

hereinafter called "the agreed services" and "the

signated by each Contracting Party shaH enjoy.
