(3) Any Hember whose voting rights have been suspended either under the
provisions of paragraph (2) of this Article or under the provisions of
Article 42, 45, 47. 55 or 58 shall nevertheless rernain responsible for
the payment ~f its contribution.
Article 27
Audit and publication of accounts
As soon as possible after the close of each financial year, an
independently audited staternent of the Organization's receipts and
expenditures during that financial year shall be presented to the
Council for approval and publication.
