E1ection of the Board
(1) The exporting and the importing Members of the Board sha11 be elected

the Council by the exporting and the importing Members of the
Organization respective1y. The e1ection within each category sha11 be

accordance with the provisions of the fo11owing paragraphs of this
Article.
(2) Each Member sha11 cast for a sing1e candidate al1 the votes to which
it is entit1ed under the provisions of Artic1e 13.

(3) The eight candidates receiving the 1argest number of votes sha11 be
