Αί διπλωματικαι διακοινώσεις (Νότα 30.Δ της 19ης Μαρτίου 1982 του Βασιλείου της
Δανίας καΙ Νότα της 1Οης Άπριλίου 1982 τη'ς Δημοκρατίας της Κύπρου) αίτινες αντηλ­
λάγησαν μεταξυ του Δανου Πρέσ~εως καΙ του "Υπουργου Έξωτερικων της Δημοκρατίας
της Κύπρου καί δια των όποίων έπετεύχθη συμφωνία δια την τροποποίησιν της ΣυμGάσεως
μεταξυ της Kυ~ερνήσεως του Βασιλείου της Δανίας καΙ της Kυ~ερνήσεως της Δημοκρα­
τίας της Κύπρου δια την •Αποφυγην της Διπλης Φορολογίας έν σχέσει πρός τους Φόρους έττί
του Είσοδήματος καΙ του Κεφαλαίου, δημοσιευθείσης έν τη έπισήμ~ έφημερίδι της Δημο­
κρατίας την 17ην Ίουλίου, 1981 δια της ύπ' άρ. 1345 γνωστοττοιήσεως, δημοσιεύονται δια τους
σκοπους των διατάξεων του 'Άρθρου 169(3) του Συντάγματος , συνοδευόμεναι υπό μετα­
φράσεως αύτων εΙς την έλληνικήν.

Your Excellency,
With reference to the Convention between
the Government of the Κingdom of Den–
mark and the Government of the Republic
of Cyprus for the Αvoidance of Double
Thmtion with respect to Taxes ση Income
and οη Capital, signed ίη Nicosia οη May
26, 1981, Ι have the honour to propose that
the following amendments be made to the
Oonvention :
Ιη Artiole 8, paragraph 2, ίη the fourth
and the last lines the words "or boat ;'
should be deleted.
Ιη Article 1Ο, paragraph 3, ίη the second
line the sentence "impose tax ση dividends"
Beirut 19th March, 1982
should be substituted by the sentence:
"impose tax at source ση dividends".
Ιη Article 28, paragraph 2, ίη the fourth
line, the wor.ds 'Όf the Contracting states"
should be deleted.
If the foregoing proposal is acceptable
to the Government of the Republic of
Cyprus, Ι have the honour to suggest that
the present Note and Your Excellency's
reply to thaιt effect be regarded as consti–
tuting an agreement between the two
Governments, which shaιH enter into force
ση the date of Your Excellency's reply.

Taxation which reads as fol1ows :

With reference to the Oonvention between .
the Government of the Kingdom of Den–
mark and the G9vernment of the Republic
of Cyprus for the Avoidance of Double
Taxation wi th respect to Taxes ση Income
