FORCE
1. The Contracting Parties shaIl notify to each
·other that the constitutionaI requirements for the
entry into force of this Conven1ion have been
complied with.
2. This Convention ·shall enter into force sixty

Article 30
TERMINATION
This Convention shall remain
in
force until
terminated by one of the Contracting Parties.
Either
Cσntracting
Party may terminate the
Convention, through diplomatic channels, by
giving notice

before the end of any ca.lendar year following

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 3 of Article 5

competent authorities of the Contr·acting States may, by mutual agreement,

each case that a building site or construction or installation or assembly project shall
not constitute a permanent establishment even when it lasts more than 12 months.
(2) Conceming Article 7 where a buiIding site, construction,

establishment which derive from the activity of the buiIding site.
