Goνernment
of the Republic of Cyprus and the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,

endeaνour

deνelop
further bilateral relations and consolidate the ties of friendship and
co-operation that bind the peoples of the two countries. and within the framework of the Agreement con–
cerning co-operation

the Field of Cultural, Scientific anf Technical Co-operation signed between the
Goνernment
of the Republic of Cyprus and the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya ,

1980, hereinafter referred to as the Cyprus Party, and the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahi–
riya, hereinafter referred to as the
