MEMBERSHIP
Article 6
(1)
The Members of the Center shall be de–
veloping countries, signatories to the Statute.
(2)
Any other

country may become
a member if it accedes to the StaJtute and assumes
the obHgations entai1ed by members'hip

The Assembly shall decide

IV.ORGANS

(1)
The organs of the Center are:
(a) The Assembly

The Council
(c) The Executive, consisting of the Exe–

Directors.

The Assembly and Council shall normaHy
hold their mectiogs at the

of the
Center.
The Assembly
Article 9
(1)
The Assembly is the supreme organ of the
Center.
(2)
The Assembly shall be com'posed of de–
legaιtes
representing the Memiber States of the
Cenιter.
(3)
At sessions of the Assem,bly, each Member
State shall have one vo1e.
(4) Representatives of
internatιional
organiza–
tions
ίη
the United Nations system may be invited
to
participaιte
as observers
ίη
sessions of the
Assembly.

J1he Assembly shall convene a regular session
every second year. but may a'l!so meet

sessions at the request of the Council or at the
request of a majority of mem:bers of the Center.
