It is hereby notified for public information
that—
(1) The Attorney-General has nominated Mr.
Loizos Nicolaou Loizou to be Vice-Chairman of
the Ethical Committee in the place of Mr. John
Oman Ballard who has been transferred from
Cyprus.
(2) The Pancyprian Pharmaceutical Association
has nominated Mr. Ioannis Yerolemis to be a
member of the said Committee in the place of
Mr. Evangelos Christou Georghiades, deceased.

The Famagusta Water Board Regulations,
1952 and 1956.
It is hereby notified for the information of con–
sumers of water in Famagusta town
that in
pursuance of Regulation 10 of the Famagusta
Water Board Regulations, 1952 and 1956,
the
Famagusta Water Board have fixed the following
water rates for i960: —
1. By Water Meter: —
(i) Up to 5 tons per month, whether con–
sumed or not, a minimum charge of 167.5
mils per month.
(ii) Over 5 tons and not more than 10 tons
per month the minimum charge plus
33.5 mils per ton for any additional ton.
(iii) Over 10 tons and not more than 20 tons
per month the corresponding charges for
the consumption of (i) and (ii) above
plus 50 mils per ton for any additional
tons above 10 and not more than 20 tons.
(iv) Over 20 tons per month the corresponding
charges for the first tons, as laid down
in (i), (ii) and (iii) above plus 70 mils
per ton for the remaining tons.
2. By "Sakorafi ": —
(i) For thefirstprivately-owned " sakorafi ",
