Legislation.
The Secretary of State for the Colonies has
intimated that the power of disallowance will not be
exercised in respect of the under-mentioned Law :—
No. 1 oof i960.—A Law to make further provision
regarding the Constitution of the Electricity
Authority of Cyprus and for this purpose to amend
the Electricity Development Laws, 1952 to 1954.

Legislation.
The following Laws, enacted by His Excellency
the Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony
of Cyprus, are published for general information
in Supplement No. 2, which forms part of this
Gazette:—
No. 15 of 1960.—A Law to appropriate a sum not
exceeding Nineteen Million, T w o Hundred
Ninety-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred and
Eighty-Three Pounds to the Service of the
Twelve Months ending the Thirty-First Day of
December, in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand
Nine Hundred and Sixty.
No. 16 of 1960.—A Law to regularize certain pay–
ments made in the twelve months ended on the
thirty-first day of December, 1959.
No. 17 of 1960.—A Law to amend the Pensions
Law.
No. 18 of I960.—A Law to amend the Grain
Control Laws, 1953 and 1954.

His Excellency the Governor directs it to be
notified for general information that Dr. Walter
Norwak has been accorded recognition as Vice-
