The following Laws, enacted by His Excellency
the Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony
of Cyprus, are published for general information
in Supplement No. 2, which forms part of this
Gazette:—
No. 11 of i960.—A Law to make further and
better provision for the Investment of Trust and
other Funds in the United Kingdom in Cyprus
Government Securities.
No. 12 of i960.—A Law to provide for the Pro–
tection of the Chairman or Deputy Chairman of
the Electricity Authority of Cyprus from personal
liability in certain cases.
No. 788. Consular Appointment.
His Excellency the Governor directs it to be
notified for general information that Mr. W. Mc-
Caskell has been accorded provisional recognition
as Consul for the United States of America in
Cyprus.
