ORDER OF CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION UNDER
SECTION 47.
Whereas by an order made by me on the 14th
November, 1955, and published under Notification
No. 3893 in the Gazette of the 1st December, 1955,
it was directed that the Pendakomo (Limassol
District) Co-operative Transport Society Limited
should be wound up ;
And whereas a liquidator has been appointed for
the purpose under Notification No. 3918 in the
Gazette of the 2nd February, 1956 ;
And whereas the affairs of the said Society have
now been wound up :
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested
in m e as Turkish Registrar of Co-operative Societies,
by section 47 of the Co-operative Societies Law,,
Cap. 198 and Laws 22 of 1955 and 28 of 1959, I
hereby order that the registration of Pendakomo
(Limassol District) Co-operative Transport Society
Limited, shall be cancelled and that the said society
shall be dissolved as from the date hereof.
Given under m v hand at Nicosia, this 14th day
of July, I960!
