NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF LOTTERY UNDER
REGULATION 3 (1) (6) OF G O V E R N M E N T LOTTERIES
REGULATIONS, 1956.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by Regula–
tion 3 (i)(6) of the Government Lotteries Regulations,
I hereby direct that the holding of the lottery due
in the month of July, 1960, in respect of which
no tickets have been issued, shall not be held.

Upon the application of the Official Receiver and
Provisional Liquidator and upon reading a copy of
the minutes of the first meetings of creditors and
contributories of the above named Company dated
1st and 9th July, 1960, respectively ;
IT IS ORDERED
that Mr. Andreas M. Loizides,
Chartered Accountant of Limassol, BE AND H E is
hereby appointed as the Liquidator of the above
named Company in accordance with the determi–
nations of the first meetings of creditors and contri–
butories on filing a security bond in the sum of
£4,000 (four thousand pounds) to the satisfaction
of the Registrar, District Court, Nicosia.
A N D IT IS FURTHER ORDERED
that the members of
the Committee of Inspection as determined by the
first meetings of creditors and contributories be and
they are hereby appointed to act with the Liquida–
tor.
