Notice under Section 47 of the Administration
of Estates L a w , 1954.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47
of the Administration of Estates Law, 1954, that any
person having a claim against or any interest in the
estate of Iacovos Ioannides deceased, late of Nicosia,
is hereby required to send to us particulars in writing
of his claim or interest before the expiration of two
months from the publication of this notice after
which date the estate of the said deceased will be
distributed among the persons entitled thereto
having regard only to the claims and interests of
which I have had notice.

The attention of the public is invited to the
Xotification made on the 12th December, 1958,
by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to the
Quarantine Law, Cap. 145, and published in
Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of the 18th
December, 1958, whereby it was declared that
the following local areas were infected local areas
and that all passengers and goods therefrom
would be subject to the measures prescribed by
the Quarantine (Maritime and Aerial) Regulations
1953 to 1958, with respect to the dangerous
infectious diseases set forth against each local
