ral information that in exercise of the powers
vested in m e by section 41 (1) of the Co-operative
Societies Law, Cap. 198 and Laws 22 of 1955 and
28 of 1959, I have appointed Mr. George Ierides,
Co-operative Officer, Department of Co-operative

22nd November, 1956, it is hereby notified for
general information that in exercise of the powers

and 28 of 1959, I have appointed Mr. Michael
Smyrnios, Co-operative Officer, Greek Depart–
ment of Co-operative Development, to be the
liquidator of the Masari (Nicosia District) Co-ope–
rative Credit Society.
