formerly President of the District Court of
Famagusta, deceased.
N O T I C E U N D E R SECTION 47 O F L A W 43 O F 1954.
Notice is hereby given that all persons having
any claims against the Estate of the above de–
ceased who died at Famagusta on the 27th day
of March, i960, and the Administration of whose
Estate was granted by the Court to his widow
Mrs. M. L. F. Cox of Famagusta the Executrix
named in the Will of the said deceased are hereby
requested to send to the undersigned within two
months from this date particulars and details in
writing by registered post of any claims which
they may have in respect of the said Estate.
Upon expiration of the said period the Executrix
will proceed to distribute all the property of the
said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto
taking into consideration only those claims of
which the undersigned shall have had notice by
that time.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Admini–
stration of Estates Law, 1954, that any person
having any claim against or any interest in the estate
of Ohannes Soultanian, deceased, late of Nicosia, 13
hereby required to send to me particulars in writing
of his claim or interest before the expiration of two
months from the publication of this notice after
which date the estate of the said deceased will be
distributed among the persons entitled thereto
having regard only to the claims and interests of
which I shall then have notice.

The attention of the public is invited to the
Notification made on the 12th December, 1958,
by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to the
Quarantine Law, Cap. 145, and published in
Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of the 18th
December, 1958, whereby it was declared that

and that all passengers and goods therefrom
would be subject to the measures prescribed by
the Quarantine (Maritime and Aerial) Regulations
1953 to 1958, with respect to the dangerous
