NOTICE UNDER SECTION

OF LAW
43/1954.
I, the undersigned Katerina S. Kiliari of Nicosia,
Administrator of the Estate of the deceased
Stylianos Kiliaris late of Nicosia give notice for
general information that I have finished with the
administration of the Estate of the said deceased and
that I intend to distribute its assets to the persons
entitled thereto.
Any person interested in, or having any claim
against the said estate is hereby requested to send
to Mr. George Ch. Ladas, advocate of 23A Ariadne
Street, Nicosia, P.O. Box 576, particulars of his
claim in respect of the said estate, within two
months from the last publication of this notice.
At the expiration of the time hereinabove fixed,
I shall distribute the said estate to the persons
entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims
of which I shall then have notice and bearing no
responsibility towards any person whose claim I
have no notice of, at the time of the said distri–
bution.

Tenders.
Anyone interested in the purchase of the surplus
goat milk production of the Government Agricultu–
ral Station, Saittas, from the 2nd May up to and
including the 30th September, 1960, may submit a
tender to the President of the Tender Board, Trea–
sury, Nicosia, by 10 a.m. on Saturday the 30th April,
1960.
2. The price offered should be per oke.
3. The estimated daily quantity varies from 1 5 —
30 okes according to the season.
4. The collection should take place on the spot
twice daily at 1 hour after sunrise and before sunset
and payment effected weekly.
5. As a security for the faithful performance of
his undertaking, the approved tenderer should
furnish a solvent guarantee.
6. The Government is not bound to accept the
highest or any tender.
7. The tender accepted becomes irrevocable and
binding.
8. Further particulars required may be obtained
from the Director of Agriculture, Nicosia (telephone
No. 4000/2255).

The attention of the public is invited to the
Notification made on the 12th December, 195$,
by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to the
Quarantine Law, Cap. 145, and published in
Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of the 18th
December, 1958, whereby it was declared that
the following local areas were infected local areas
and that all passengers and goods therefrom
would be subject to the measures prescribed by
the Quarantine (Maritime and Aerial) Regulations
1953 to 1958, with respect to the dangerous
infectious diseases set forth against each local
