of Estates Law, 1954.
In the matter of Nicholas Avraam Smenis of
Larnaca, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that all persons having
claims against the property of the above-named
deceased late of Larnaca, who died on "the 3rd
January, 1960, and that the administration of the
property of the said deceased was granted by the
District Court of Larnaca, to the undersigned, the
executor named in the will of the said deceased,
are hereby required to send in the particulars of
their claims to the undersigned (at No. 25, Galileou
Street, Larnaca) within 70 days from the date
hereof. Upon expiration of the said period of 70
days the undersigned will proceed to the distribu–
tion of the property of the said deceased amongst
the persons entitled thereto, taking into considera–
tion only the claims of which the undersigned shall
have had notice by that time.
