Workmen's Compensation Law.
35. W h e n a Contributor is in receipt of periodical
payments under the Workmen's Compensation Law
(Cap. 216 and Law 14 of 1951), where temporary
incapacity has resulted from the injury, payments
from
the Scheme shall be reduced by the amount of
the periodical payments for the period of benefit but
no deduction shall be made in respect of any other
payment under the Law.
Committee's Decision Final.
36. The decision of the Committee in any matter
arising out of the operation of these Rules shall be
final and conclusive.
Commencement and Revocation of Rules.
37. These Rules shall come into force on their
publication in the Gazette and thereupon the Rules
relating to the Management of the Cyprus Govern–
ment Social Security Scheme, published | under
Notification No. 445 in the Gazette No. 3623 of the
14th May, 1952, shall be revoked.
