T H E TAX COLLECTION LAW, CAP. 303.
To all Tax Collectors,
I, Theophanis George Ionides, Acting Chief
Revenue Officer, hereby require you and com–
mand you to proceed with the collection of the
following taxes or duties from all persons liable
thereto and in default of payment to levy
execution upon such person in default by the
seizure and sale of the movable property of such
person and to take such other steps as may be
necessary for the recovery of any amount due by
any such person in default under the provisions
of the Tax Collection Law, Cap. 303.
{a) All sums assessed under section 4 of the
Immovable Property Tax Law, Cap. 296,
and Law 56 of 1954, due and payable on
13th March, i960,
(6) All sums assessed under section 87 of the
Elementary Education Law, Cap. 203 and
Laws 22 of 1950, 17 of 1952, 28 of
1953, 12 of 1954, 19 of 1955, 25 of 1956 and
21 of 1959, due and payable on 13th March,
i960,
(c) All sums assessed under section 95 of the
Elementary Education Law, Cap. 203 and
Laws 22 of 1950, 17 of 1952, 28 of
1953, 12 of 1954, 19 of 1955, 25 of 1956 and
21 of 1959, due and payable on 13th March,
i960,
(d) One instalment out of the three equal
instalments of the fees payable under section 46
of the Immovable Property (Tenure, Regis–
tration and Valuation) Law, Cap. 231 and
Laws 8 of 1953, 4 of 1954 and 3 of i960 and
which remain unpaid on 13th March, i960,
(e) All sums assessed under section 92 of the
Municipal Corporations Law, Cap. 252
and Laws Ii of 1950, 31 of 1951, 20 of
i953>

9 and 57 of 1954, 14 of 1955 and
15 of 1959, due and payable on 13th March,
i960,
{f) All sums assessed under section 112 of the
Municipal Corporations Law, Cap. 252 and
Laws 11 of 1950, 31 of 1951, 20 of 1953,
29 and 57 of 1954, 14 of 1955 and 15 of
1959, due and payable on 13th March, i960,
(g) All sums assessed under section 33 of the
Villages (Administration and Improvement)
Laws, 1950 and 1953, due and payable on
13th March, i960,
(h) One instalment out of the eleven equal
instalments of the costs payable under section
17 of the Streets and Buildings Regulation Law,
Cap. 165 and Laws 10 of 1950, 44 of 1954,
18 of 1955, 12 of 1957 and 14 of 1959, and
which remain unpaid on 13th March, i960.

O R D E R U N D E R SECTION 5 (1).
In exercise of the powers vested in the Comptroller
by the Tax Collection Law, Cap. 303, I,
Theophanis George Ionides, Acting Chief Revenue
Officer, hereby direct that all persons liable to
pay any tax or duty under m y Warrant dated
the 24th March, i960, and published in the
Gazette of the 24th March, i960, under Noti–
fication No. 308, who are ordinarily resident in
any of the towns set out in the first column of
the Schedule hereto or within three miles from such
town, shall pay such tax or duty to the officer and
at the office specified in the second and third columns
of the said Schedule, for each of such towns respec–
tively, not later than the 1st day of July, i960,
except that all persons so liable, who are ordinarily
resident within three miles from the towns of
Limassol and Ktima, shall pay such tax or duty
not later than the 16th day of September, i960.
