.A_-""T_Q--___s.—Exportation prohibited save under a licence from the Director of
Antiquities. This prohibition does not apply to antiquities imported into the Colony
upon which import duty _» proved to the satisfaction of the Director of Antiquities
to have been paid ; and to antiquities used for or devoted to a religious purpose which
it is proved to his satisfaction are being exported by a religious or ecclesiastical body
for a religious or ecclesiastical purpose.

ammunition, aircraft, military and naval stores or any article capable of being
converted into or made useful in increasing or maintaining the quantity of arms,

Indian Hemp (Hashish).—Exportation prohibited.
Prepared Opium.—Exportation prohibited.
The exportation of the following is prohibited except under licence in writing of the
Governor:—
(a) medicinal opium ; (6) any extract or tincture of Indian hemp; (c) morphine and
its salts, and diacetyl-morphine (commonly known as diamorphine or heroin)
and the other esters of morphine and their respective salts ; (d) cocaine (including
synthetic cocaine) and ecgonine ("*) and their respective salts and the esters of
ecgonine and their respective salts; (e) any solution or dilution of morphine or
cocaine or their salts in an inert substance whether liquid or solid, containing any
proportion of morphine or cocaine, and any preparation, admixture, extract or
other substance (not being such a solution or dilution as aforesaid) containing
not less than one-fifth per cent, of morphine or one-tenth per cent, of cocaine or of
ecgonine ; (/) any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing
any proportion of diacetyl-morphine *, (g) dihydrohydroxycodeinone, dihydrocodei-
none, dJhydromorphinone, acetyldihydrocodeinone, dihydromorphine, their esters
and the salts of any of these substances and of their esters, morphine-N-oxide
(commonly known as genomorphine), the morphine-N-oxide derivatives, and any
other pentavalent nitrogen morphine derivatives; (h) thebaine and its salts,
methylmorphine (commonly known as codeine) and ethylmorphine (commonly
known as dionin) and their respective salts, and benzylmorphine and the other
ethers of morphine and their respective salts; (i) any preparation, admixture,
extract or other substance containing any proportion of any of the substances
mentioned in (g) or (h) above.

FILLIES.—Exportation
prohibited. Provided that (o) mares and fillies
imported into the Colony, (6) mares bred in the Colony which have been certified by
the Chief Veterinary Officer as being incapable of breeding, (c) mares andfillieswhich
are certified by the Chief Veterinary Officer as being of pure Thoroughbred or of
pure Arab breed, and (d) mares andfifliescertified by the Chief Veterinary Officer
as being not less than three years old and not more than thirteen hands (one hundred
and thirty-two centimetres) in height, may, by special permit under the hand of the
Colonial Secretary, be re-exported or exported as the case m a y be. .

) Ecgonine means b_vo-ecgonine and includes any derivatives of ecgonine from which it may be recovered industrially
-and the percentage in the case of morphine shall be calculated as in respect of anhydrous morphine.
(*) " Game " means hares, francolxas, pheasants, and partridges (Law No. 3 of 1934, section 2) and includes game in any
form, pickled or otherwise (CS. 242/07 of 9.2.1907). A reasonable quantity of provisions for ships in port may, however, be
