ANCHORAGE AND MOORING IN FAMAGUSTA HARBOUR.
(to be charged when a vessel is not paying Berthage dues)
For every ton of the vessel's registered tonnage, per week or part of a week 5 paras
with a m a x i m u m charge of 4\cp. per week or part of a week in the case
of vessels of 50 tons and under, and of 1/- per week or part of a week
in the case of vessels exceeding 50 tons but not exceeding 100 tons.
Vessels registered as Cyprus ships, half rates.
Vessels other than Cyprus ships, laying up for the winter, half rates.
For the purposes of these regulations the winter is reckoned as from the 15th Nov.
in any year to the 15th March in the following year.
E X E M P T I O N S .
(a) All ships registered as Cyprns ships laying up for the winter in the Inner Harbour
provided that they m o o r at such places as the Harbour Master directs.
(6) Lighters and boats licensed under the Boats Regulations L a w , 1884; fishing
boats and pleasure boats.
(c) Ships of W a r .
(a) Yachts belonging to recognised clubs and wholly in ballast.

A charge prescribed from time to time b y the Director of Agriculture b y a notification
in the Cyprus Gazette, not exceeding the amounts hereunder, is payable in respect of the
use of water from any waterworks for any kind of the following crops:
