however allow exportation for scientific purposes.

^Morphine, cocaine (including synthetic cocaine), ecgonine. diaretyl-moiphine (commonly
known as diamorphine or heroin), and their respective salt3, medicinal opium, and
any extract or tincture of Indian hemp, and any preparation, admixture, extract
or other substance containing any proportion of diacetyl-morphine or containing
not less than one-fifth per cent, of morphine or one-tenth per cent, of cocaine or
ecgonine, and the drugs known as benzoyl-morphine, eucodal, dicodide, and di-hvdro-
morphinone and its salts and any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance
containing any proportion of di-hydro-morphinone.—Exportation prohibited except
under licence in writing of the Governor.
