In matters regulated by the Rules of Court, 1927, ia matters
arising under the authority of clause 70 of the High Court of Justice
Law, 1879, and in proceedings in bankruptcy nnder the provi–
sions of the Ottoman Commercial Code, the following fees are appointed
to be token in the Supreme Court, in the several District Courts, in
the Assistant District Judges' Courts, in toy office which is connected
with any of those Courts and by any olficer attached to any of those
Courts, in respect of the several proceedings mentioned :—
On sealing a writ of summons in an action :—
Where the amount claimed or the valae of the matter
in dispute does not exceed £5
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter
dispute exceeds £5 but does not exceed £10 ..
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter
dispute exceeds £10 but not £25
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter
dispute exceeds £25 but not £50
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter
dispute exceeds £50 but not £100
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter
dispute exceeds £100 but is under £300
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter
dispute is £300 and over
On application to re-enter any action for hearing when it
has been entered and struck out for default of appearance
and is not re-entered by leave of Court:—
Where the amount claimed does not exceed £25
Where the amount claimed exceeds £25 but not £100 ..
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute exceeds £100 but is under £300
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute is £300 and over

O n riling notice of appeal to the District Court from any
decision of an Assistant District Judge
On furnishing a copy of such notice of appeal
On filing notice of appeal to the Supreme Court from any
decision of the District Court
On filing notice of appeal to the Supreme Court from any
decision of a Divisional Court
O n entering an order for leave to appeal to the Privy Council
On application to tax any bill of costs:—
