| CUSTOMS OVERTIME FEES.
Fees to be paid in respect of the attendance of Officen of the Customs Department on
holidays, Sundays, and before and after the regulated houn of business:—
per hour, per day

Assistant Collectors and Harbour Masten ...

N O T E . — F o r coses where the employment is Umited to the forenoon or
any day, half rates only shall be charged for work within the so called legal hours.
W h e n two or more vessels are working at the same time the charge for extra
attendance of Officen shall, so far as is practicable, be divided a m o n g them.
These fees shall only be charged for the services of Officen belonging to the
Establishment.
N o Onicer shall, during the year, draw in overtime fees an amount which
greater than his actual salary.

Men-of-war and ships driven into port under stress of weather are exempted from the above
dues.
Charges for the use of accommodation and water
payable by all persons other than passengers who may be quarantined, other than persons in
Government employ, at a rate according to'accommodation required. {CS. 627113 of 10th April, 1913.)
Passengen in quarantine are charged according to the following scale for the use of
available accommodation and water :—

Children under three years of age are exempt.
Charges in respect of any vessel on wliich a medical inspection is performed-
The following quarantine dues are payable in respect of any vessel on which a medical
inspection is performed by the Health Onicer :—
