and a further fee of 2s. 4 J.cp. for every additional 50 tons or part of 50 tons, up to 500 tons, after
which 2s. 4r,cp. for every TOO tons or part of 100 tons. But the above fees shall not be
payable in rei-nect of vessels solely employed in fishing or sailing ships of under one hundred tons.

Inspection of Register Book ...
For a certified copy of the particulars entered in the Register Book
on the registry of a ship, together with a certified statement showing
tbe ownership of the ship at the time being
For a certified copy of any declaration, or document, a copy of which
is made evidence by the Act
For any certiiied extract from tbe Register fourpence for every folio
of ninety words or part of ninety words.

Alteration in register of rig or tonnage
For annexing the seal of office and signature to any document
not mentioned iii or otherwise provided for by this table

For tbe inspection of tbe berthing or sleeping accommodation of the crew :—
For each visit to the ship
Provided as follows :—
(I.) Tbe aggregate amount of the fees for any such inspection shall
not exceed £ 1 whatever be tbe number of separate visits.
(o.) W h e n the accommodation is inspected at tbe same time with the
measurement of the tonnage no separate fee shall be charged for
tbe inspection.
For tbe inspection of light and fog signals :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of tbe owner and
for each visit made where the lights or fittings are found defective
Provided that tiie aggregate amount of fees for any such inspection shall
not exceed £1 whatever be the number of separate visits.
For the inspection of the marking of a ship :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of the owner and
for each visit made where the provisions of the Merchant Shipping
Acts with respect thereto have not been complied with ... .?.
Provided as follows :—
(a.) The aggregate amount of the fees for any such inspection shall not exceed 10s.
whatever be the number of separate visits.
(b.) AVlien tbe marking is inspected at the same time as the vessel is being measured
for jegistry on re-regiVtry no separate fee shall be charged for tbe inspection.
