There should be a Session of the Council once at least in each year ; and the High Commissioner may,
in person or by Proclamation, prorogue or dissolve the Council, and unlesB the Council be sooner dissolved,
the Elective Members shall hold their seats until the expiration of five years from the date of the last
preceding General Election. A t the expiration of such five years the High Commissioner shall dissolve the
Council
No business shall be transacted unless there be present six Members of the Council besides the High
Commissioner or Presiding Member.
Either the English, Turkish or Greek language may be used in the debates of the Council.
